In September 2008, I joined a group on a trip to Madagascar. Madagascar is the 4th largest island in the world and is off the east coast of Africa. This island has been isolated for millions of years and because of this there are many unique plants and animals on Madagascar. During our 2 week visit we traveled from one end to the other and saw many fascinating things.
